Review : A cheaper alternative to SSDs
This works fine even with older chipsets (P3) which won't support booting from USB. I am using it as a quick boot with USB hard disk for storage as old style hard disks (PATA) are getting rare and more expensive. As an aside I have found PATA to SATA adaptors to be unreliable due to timing issues.
